How long will it take to receive my order?

Our process is designed to create products specifically for each individual customer. Once payment is confirmed by Trendy Brother Ltd (the parent company of Tunnel Society), we follow these steps:

  • Payment Processing & Production Start: Production starts when the customer's payment has arrived to Trendy Brother Ltd (this takes usually 2-5 business days).
  • Production (Fulfillment): Manufacturing takes approximately 1-7 business days, after which the product will be shipped.
  • Shipping & Delivery: Delivery takes approximately 2-7 business days depending on your region.

Therefore, the estimated timeframe from order to delivery is typically around 5-19 business days. While there is a waiting period, these are carefully crafted products that we're confident you'll be satisfied with.

If your product does not arrive within 21 days of ordering, or if you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please contact support@tunnelsociety.com.

Where do you ship?

Right now, Tunnel Society ships from our own online store to EU countries, the UK, and Japan.

We’re also exploring expanded global shipping as soon as possible. Stay tuned, and follow us on socials to be the first to know when we go worldwide.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Only if you’re quick. Once it’s printed and packed, it’s out of our hands.

Email support@tunnelsociety.com ASAP and we’ll do our best to catch it before it flies.

Can I return my order?

We only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. You have 14 days to request a return. The item must be unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Changed your mind? Return shipping is on you.

How should I wash my Tunnel Society stuff?

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Don’t iron the print. No dry cleaning.

Dad Hats & Snapbacks? Skip the machine – rinse gently with water and let them air dry.

Tunnel Society is the brainchild of a Finnish artist who wishes to stay anoymous at this point, in collaboration with Trendy Brother Ltd – a Finnish company that partners with artists to bring their work to a global stage. Together, we create bold streetwear with unique art accessible to all.
